World War II - Tracing B. D.'s Steps

In 2000, B. D.'s son Gene McKay travelled in Belgium near St. Hubert.

	View From The Staging Area Although the lie of the land has changed somewhat since the war, Gene believes this is a view from the field where the 87th staged to go into combat. They would have advanced in this direction towards the stand of woods visible in the background, where the enemy waited under the cover of the woods.
